Who Do We Support?
Compassionate therapy for all ages, tailored to your healing journey.
Offering thoughtful, supportive care for children, teenagers, adults, and older adults at every stage of life.
Children
Therapy for children is focused on creating a safe, supportive space where emotions can be explored in ways that feel natural and age-appropriate. Children may not always have the words to explain what they are feeling, and therapy can help them better understand and express their emotions.
Support for children may include:
Anxiety, worries, or fears
Emotional regulation and big feelings
Behavioural challenges or emotional outbursts
Changes at home, school, or within the family
Grief, loss, or difficult experiences
Building confidence, coping skills, and emotional awareness
Sessions are gentle, paced with care, and tailored to each child’s developmental needs. The focus is on helping children feel understood, supported, and more confident navigating their emotions and experiences.
Teens
This can be a time of significant emotional, social, and personal change. Therapy for teens offers a confidential and supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings, and challenges without judgment.
Support for teens may include:
Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
Depression
Low self-esteem or self-doubt
Emotional regulation and mood changes
School pressures and life transitions
Relationship challenges with peers or family
Identity exploration and personal growth
Therapy is collaborative and respectful, allowing teens to move at their own pace. The goal is to support emotional insight, resilience, and healthier ways of coping during a time of growth and change.
Adults
Adult therapy offers a space to slow down, take a breath, and make sense of what life has layered on over time. Many adults come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure why things feel harder than they used to. Therapy provides a supportive environment to explore these experiences with care and without judgment.
Support for adults may include:
Anxiety, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm
Trauma and the impact of past experiences
Grief and loss
Relationship challenges and boundary concerns
Low self-esteem, self-criticism, or feeling disconnected
Life transitions, burnout, or periods of uncertainty
Therapy is collaborative and paced with intention. Together, we work to understand emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and the ways past experiences shape present-day reactions and emotions.
